How can I invest in a silver ETF inside an ISA?

I'd like to invest in a silver ETF inside an ISA, but Googling has not yielded very much. I found Ishares Silver Trust which appears to be US-based.

I'm not financially knowledgeable, so i'd appreciate it if answers could be kept simple.

You can try Exchange Traded Commodities (ETCs) which are similar in many ways to ETFs
