I have a credit card with capital one, and it's very near the limit (6.74p left).
I want to make a cash withdraw of 10 (+ a 3 fee) which will put me other my limit. Will capital one still allow me to make this withdraw?
I think that they would allow it. Your £3 fee could seem like nothing if they add their charges.
I don't know about Capital One charges. Maybe they are like other banks and just up your limit.

The OP could read through the onerous amount of bumf they send out and then spend £3 on a phone call to them to ask. And then he could decide that spending this last £10 is a bit much to do so early in the day.
Yes they will. They will also charge you 12 for exceeding your credit limit.
