how do you send ID details to Ryanair's website when you're flying to Spain?

(Sorry this is OT, but so many of the more relevant ng's have been just about destroyed with spam, so I'm not getting anything from them).

I?d be very grateful for some advice here.

I recently booked a Ryanair flight to Spain, and was informed that as it was Spain, I?d have to supply ID details in advance. But I wasn?t given the opportunity to do so!

Since then I?ve revisited Ryanair?s website and tried to find out just where it is on the site that you input these details, but I?ve given up. I?ve looked for a contact email address, but of course, like many online companies, they don?t have one, or try to hide it, because they hate dealing with queries of any kind.

There?s a phone number, but knowing Ryanair, I?d wind up paying a fortune if I phoned them.

So could a kind person here walk me through the procedure of supplying my ID to Spain? I?m really afraid I might turn up at Spanish customs and just be turned away.

Thanks in advance.

I can't remember exactly how I did it because once you've done it once you don't need to do it again, but try 'Manage my Booking' or 'Online Check-in' from the left hand side buttons on their home page.

I don't know if this is still relevant, but it isn't Spanish customs who will turn you away, it is the Ryanair gate staff who will do so.

And you almost certainly add this info via the "manage my bookings" page, which will only have the option for this info if you have a Spanish flight (so no-one who doesn't have Spanish flight pending will be able to walk you through the process,. unless they have a good memory!)

It is a fairly obvious link under "Manage my booking".
