Hi just got my annual tax return form im looking for info on what im allowed to claim for as business expenses against my tax had a look on revenue site but not much detail there anyone know of any useful websites ?

There is guidance to be found on the inland revenue web site. See

and look for the guidance notes (SA103 Notes) under self-employment. The standard instructions SA150 also have some comments for employees, IIRC.
