Hi how do I calculate what interest will be payable on a cash withdrawal abroad in Euros with a credit card, if I pay of the balance when it is due? It is on a Nationwide cash reward card with an interest rate of 16.9% apr. I was going to use my cash card from Smile bank but they charge a foreign transaction fee of 2.75% and a 2% (minimum 2) fee
