- The total area of the land which belongs to the site is 320 sqaremeters.
- Gross area is 152 sqm, net area of each flat is 135 sqm.
- Eating system of consisting of 4 bedrooms, 1 living room open plan kitchen, 2 bathroom, 1 WC 1 Roof terace and 2 balconies will be air conditioner.
- Air conditioner will be mounted in the living room, beside this, other rooms will be ready for installation of air conditioner.
- Site will be surrounded with natural stone bricks. Garden and walk way illuminations will be done.
