1/They fail to say it can cost up to 14 pounds to load the card in a uk bank
2/The accounts are apparently kept in dollars with a US bank then transferred back
I just wish to know are they operating this legally by offering it to uk citizens as someone mentioned something of the 'Patriot act 2001'.
