Hi, as I understand the rules, as long as I havent paid any money into my Mini Cash ISA in the Current 04-05 Tax Year, I can open another ISA with a different provider ? (With no intention of using the original one - I have withdraw most of the cash to buy a car!)
Is this correct ?
