is it essentially the same process as making a claim via the Small Claims process in court or is it quite different?Is www.moneyclaim.gov.uk the same as small claims?

It's basically the same. IIRC the online version limits the amount of text you can enter so I did mine the old fashioned way.
one of the my friend he took my 1000 pound and he didn;t give me my 1000 pound now he runaway. I tried to contact many time his mobile phone has out of service. and I have all agreement paper and two witness aswell.
