Is anybody else having problems with the login page for marbles it seems down more than its up??

I only log-in once a month (to pay my bill) and rarely have any problem. I did find in its last incarnation (wanadoocard) that I often couldn't log-in from the home page. Yet if I clicked on the tab on top of the page that said apply now and then did log-in from there it worked.
