Medical Disability Retirement

Sep 09, 2006 5 Replies

I will soon be appying for (and will probably be granted) a Medical Disability Retirement Pension from my company (either an MDR1, or MDR 2). At present, while i am off sick, as well as being paid a reduced "wage" from the company, i also get SSP from the DHSS. What will hapen to this SSP payment when i am retired? Does it remain at the same level, gou, go down, vanish completely......what??
