Will I have to disburse a payment to start my debt management plan?
I think several companies charge fees to start your plan and receive commissions beginning your payments.

Book an apointment with the CAB.
They will do everything that a commercial organisation can do ..... for free!

that must have changed. I saw someone having just walked in off the street (not to talk about my debts!)
