I have had bloody aweful service from Norwich Union with regard to returns on my with profits bonds and even encashment on death of a with profits bond on the life of my mother. They prevaricate, twist and turn, change their minds on the requirements for encashment and make it so downright difficult to get what is rightfully your money that it is tantemount to stealing!
Anyone else have this experience with them??
I will never deal with them again, and I will extract as much of my savings as possible without suffering a market value reduction
Whilst I've not had any particular problems with several NU bond encashments I've dealt with, their service for new and existing policy servicing has been shockingly bad.
