Hi, I have had an off set mortage for the lasy 7 years and I have paid for one house and now working on my second. It was the best move I ever made. Any way I found an offset calculator that you can see how it work:

Oh really, you "found" it did you? How long did it take for you to convince the domain owner to sell you the site, then?
