I am living in the UK and want to know if there is anything like Premium Bonds which can be bought from other countries such as the US. I know that people overseas can buy our Premium Bonds.
Any thoughts on using something like NeuroSolutions software (Artificial Intelligence) for predicting when to buy premium bonds based on past performance? I guess it's totally random or is it?
On a slightly different note - ok, this is the uk.finance forum and not the uk.wing&aprayerlotto forum - does anyone know of any way you can buy lottery tickets here in the UK for some of those massive lottery jackpots that seem to crop up every few months in the States?

If your chances of winning are billions to one against, does it really matter if the prize is 5 million or 50?
If you want to volunteer to pay the idiot's tax, I'm sure most of the posters here would prefer you paid it to the UK rather than the US treasury.
