A tenant 'occupying' my industrial unit has gone AWOL and is no longer paying the rent and has probably left other outstanding debts yet to surface.
He is still monitoring his hotmail and purports to be out of the country.
I am fairly confident he is in the UK and collects mail, with his name on but with the industrial units address, from the local sorting office. It being a small town, where most are known, a chat with the counter staff revealed this.
Can I legally prevent him from collecting ANY mail, even that with his name on, that has the units address on.
