Look at this property in Hurst Park Drive in Huyton ....

A year ago, a similar property went in this chav - land for 44,950.

Now this piece of chav - dom goes for nearly 85k !!!

Complete madness.

I await the property market crash with great expectation. Room for a 40% drop from such silly levels.

I certainly wouldn't pay anywhere near 85k to live in such a dreadful crime infested area!

And I doubt anyone with the (honest) earning capacity to purchase this would do so either.

Time for a market correction I fancy.

Also 2 bed terraces on Toxteth, slightly better area but much smaller houses, were going for 20k just 18 months ago. Now 50k. Absolute madness!

Glad I bought seven years ago at half current levels. This boom makes trading up for me, and many people, virtually impossible.

Roll on the crash.

The only good thing about rising property prices for people who need their property as a home is that it increases their equity and reduces the mortgage lenders', in percentage terms.
