Thanks, it all depends upon what bills are included, I'd guess that brings it to anything between £380(£87) - £470(£108) excl. So it's at a discount of 20% - 35% from the new apartments (assuming they're excl). Which doesn't sound so unreasonable.
Whilst looking at Rightmove, I was impressed with the number of impressive looking newbuild apartments. It strikes me that they have really flourished during this current cycle. I suppose it started on a small scale with the Manhattan Loft company during the tail end of the last boom.
