I dont think you'd have any problems getting a loan. Maybe best to not be too up front about what it's for. But I would be very careful about your calculations when you do a business plan. Please get it reviewed by an accountant with experience of the trade.

I researched the market on the "buy to let" mortgages, and if you want peace of mind then maybe you want to consider going for something like a long term fixed interest rate? For a buy to let there is normally a charge to pay of between 200 to 350 which is made to fix it up. You can use an online broker or you can shop around and get a good deal from a local broker. There appear to be good buys around with only putting down 15%.
