This is the only article in this thread View: Original Format Newsgroups: alt.business.import-export.only Date: 2003-04-17 11:05:12 PST

Hello, I have a Small but High quality furniture/woodworking workshop which I am seeking to find a joint venture partner/close cooperation/ or small investment to assist with expanding and taking advantage of the enormous potential that this has. The overheads are extremely low, and it is based in Poland, I am the complete owner, and I am a British Citizen living in the UK. I primarily seek a british partner/investor/ who can actively draw on his or her "strategic management" experience to take advantage of the potential. This is "not" a business start up, and the amount of finance required is not big, in fact it is under 20,000 and most importantly, money is not the key to success, but it is growing this business to take advantage of the enormous potential. Any interested parties please reply: snipped-for-privacy@yahoo.co.uk Many Thanks Stephen

Instead of asking me questions that I can explain totally, you instead insist on making false insinuations, constantly, it is really really unfair, and you should question your own ethics on slurring someones character who is totally innocent of your ridiculous insinuations.

What is so difficult for anybody to understand that business people some times there are periods of time when a business has to go through a dormant period, whilst they reorganise etc.etc. In my case, I have high potential but I know I need to bring more resources to the business in order to maximise its potential...with the right planning it will be ten times more profitable.

So why is it soo difficult for Peter Saxton to understand that sometimes it is a good and wise business move to seek financial revenue from other sources which is why I'm setting up many different businesses, not all will work, not all will be good, but out of every ten their will be probably one or two that will produce solid results.....

Whyyy is that seemingly above your head Peter Saxton or anybody else who has got it into their head I'm not genuine...Do you think I would waste my time, getting information and exchanging information for business matters for the sheer fun of it?

As I said Peter Saxton, you are a real person behind your emails and I am a real person behind my postings, and your allegations and implied slurs are getting you into the area of "defamation of character".....

Can you proove what your saying? Have you given me the chance to reply? No you just cut out certain small parts of the text, which do not give the real picture..

You implied that under the name mowgli I was pretending to be a different person! Except I use exactly the same christian name and exactly the same email address!!...

So, Mr. Saxton man, I do'nt know what is your obsession with me...but whatever it is..I don't mind, but I do make an objection to having my character being defamated by you..

I think the way you behave sais more about your character than anything else.

Hi Fred,

It is very easy to set up and start a company, I am investigating just doing the same thing myself. Actually if you can get the entire job done via an agent for £35 that is about the cheapest you will ever find, even if you do it yourself it will still cost you at least £25........

The only snag is you yourself cannot be the secretary, a separate person has to be a secretary, also you have to make your personal details available for the public to see, eg. your date of birth, your personal home address in the UK, etc...So not a problem, as long as you don't mind possibility of Reps calling at your house.

Banks should offer free banking, Lloyds TSB are great, and seem to be quite helpful.

Being offered facilities to accept credit cards might take a little longer, this depends on your own personal credit score, and is no different just becaue you have a company, in other words it will not be given just to a company, but only to you personally...otherwise people would use it to get credit then wind up the company...as you know how easy that would be.....

This led me to make the following post:

I've heard of the Stephen Golden Gun who tells us about how wonderful he is. He tells us all about his many businesses. He insults anyone who catches him out.

I've also found another one!

In April 2003 he said: "It is very easy to set up and start a company, I am investigating just doing the same thing myself." This Stephen goes by the name of Mowgli at the same email address. His real name appears to be Stephen Tanner.

This Stephen doesn't seem to have the same level of experience as the other Stephen professes to have. Investigating and setting up a company must have been what the other Stephen could have done in his sleep about 80 years ago.

END OF POSTING

I think my posting makes a reasonable comment but Stephen Golden Gun copies a totally different posting which gives an incorrect view - not for the first time has he said something that shows a total disregard for reality.
