What do you call a f*ck wit that sends a 147kb post over the usenet instead of posting a link to a website?

In this case: helpful.

"Tam"

I was sort of hoping that somewhere in there he had summarised key points of the judgement. I was disappointed to find it was cut and paste with no intervention of conscious thought.

Its actually relevant to the 'I lent somebody 50 quid' thread in which he did merely post a link. But I've no idea why he posted the while thing under a different thread.

What do you call a f****it who bothers to read it, when, if he'd a decent news reader, he'd have seen the size of it before he started?

There is no link. It's from a proprietary database. You'd otherwise have to go to the library to read it. And it is the definitive work on the status of cheques in the UK.

Tough luck for those who are pissed, but the case is relevant to the forum and now it's forever archived in Google Groups.

The link that was given in the other thread was to the Times Law Reports version. Quite different, and less complete.

'Plonked' is the usual term...
