How did you know the scammer was in Vancouver, or even in Canada? There's no reliable way of identifying where these people because they usually do a good job of disguising their location.

They put their address in the email for where the money should be sent to.

I get similar types of spam all the time. That's what the "delete" button is for!

Their obvious mistake is that if they already *know* your CC number then why are they asking you for it *again*?
