Of course they are, that's exactly how you can bend what I said. But lets say for the sake of common sense that wasn't what I was getting at eh?

Of course they would be concerned whatever ther location, but if you think that the fact you did it by a school wouldn't be mentioned then you'd be wrong.

Ok take my original post and change it to say carefully then, does that change your opinion of the post? Thought not.

( snipped-for-privacy@hotmail.co.uk) gurgled happily, sounding much like they were saying :

Right. So the conditions you explicitly mentioned aren't actually important or relevant at all, then?

Yes, it'd be mentioned in any article written. Just as your age and name would, and probably the make of car. Are they important factors, too?

Of course it does. Driving carefully past a school - assuming there are kids about - is entirely sensible. Driving at a fixed numeric speed past a school is stupid.

Driving at a constant numeric speed is unlikely to amount to driving carefully.

Which is the point that I've been trying to make in the "whinging speeders" thread! :-)

True, but you'll have a job getting them out of bed early enough to be there at 08:30.
