Rip-off Europe

Why don't people celebrate how much cheaper the UK has become compared to Euroland? I have seen a number of products with prices both in pounds and in euro and the conversion is based on rates between 1.30 and 1.50 euro to the pound, so these products are 20%-30% cheaper in the UK.
