Can Anyone suggest possible seed funding options available for a IT startup company in India in the region of $100000, I already have exprience in Setting up a sucessfull ODC for a US company.

Your best bet is to use a western based venture capitalist fund that specialise in the asia pacific region. You won't find anybody via the internet like this. Nobody trusts the net, who are you? How can they verify you are genuine, further more why are you not approaching your own bank? That is what they will ask.
