I've not got a pension scheme yet (cue the gasps and tutting).
I'm looking at buying some land and wondered if this could be incorporated into a SIPP scheme?
I would need to raise a mortgage to buy the land and so wonder what effect if any this would have on the SIPP...
Does anyone know the answers to these questions?
