Any suggestions out there for a good and cheap SIPP product to purchase commercial property with?
I am looking to take advantage of a small pension pot (40k) to help buy a property which would be rented to my Ltd Co.
Ideally I'm looking for zero annual fees, zero monthly contributions and low transaction fees. Anyone out there done this? and able to comment on lease types, Trust Deeds and Rules etc etc ??

Unless your company benefits more than the likely price decreases it sounds like a bad idea.

Regarding acceptable commercial property types I read that,
"Hotels, guest houses etc ... will require special consideration, as will NURSERIES where the trade is clearly identified with the property. Such properties are unlikely to be acceptable"
What is meant by the trade being identifiable with the property ? and why is this such a problem I wonder?
