My 21 yr old son is living at home and has been unable to meet a 9K bank loan. The matter has gone to court and he has recently been served with the demand for payment within 14days, etc., which he cannot meet. The deadline happens to fall while my wife and I are on holiday and my son is in the house on his own. Is there any danger of the 'authorities' taking our property while we are out of the house ?
