Is there a good site that will tell me what all the changes are in Tax in April, thresholds, etc?

The allowances are set for next year but the thresholds aren't, but they'll almost certainly just go up with inflation (real inflation that is unfortunately, not passport price inflation).
The 10% band is going (for earned income) and the 22% band is dropping to 20%.
NI upper earnings limit is rising significantly as you'll see from the above link.
As well as the matters already posted by Andy Pandy, do appreciate that the Budget is not until 12 March, and there might be changes announced concerning the matters of interest to you.
