Tax deductible expenses...

Dec 02, 2009 1 Replies

I've been told by a friend of mine that she pays approximately hundred pounds annually in essential membership fees as part of her professional accreditation for work - I've told her that she can probably claim these back as tax deductible expenses - how far back can these go, and how should she go about claiming them? Is it the full amount, or only a percentage of them?

You can usually go back 6 years.

She should be able to claim 100% for each year
