Nothing (beyond accumulating the interest). A TOISA (Tessa Only ISA) is what it says on the box - maturity proceeds from a TESSA =only=. Now a very few institutions allow you to 'bundle it up' with a mini-cash ISA, but most insist on keeping them strictly separate.

Yes. 3k cash Mini ISA =plus= 4k shares Mini ISA, or a 7k Maxi ISA. Either as new one(s), or additions to existing ones (but not to a TOISA)

I could be wrong but I believe that you can not invest additional monies into a "Tessa ISA" under any circumstances. You can of course invest in normal maxi/mini ISAs.
