Hi,
I have a lifetime tracker mortgage with HSBC which states that they cannot charge me more than 1% over the BOE Base Rate. However, last month's half-percent rate cut has still not been passed on. Is there a statutory time limit that HSBC needs to pass this cut on by or am i just going to have to wait uintil they can be bothered?
