Does anyone have any experience of uk bankruptcy. Im lead to believe that since 2004 everyone is discharged after 12 months. some even before if its a "Simple" bankruptcy. But what consitutes a "Simple" case. Aslo if an IPO/IPA is made against you it runs for 36 months...not just the term of bankruptcy...or so im advised by the insovency people. Does any one know what the allowable expenses are for living before an IPO/IPA are made?.... Any information gratefully received
