I've not been vat registered long, so still learning.
We sell stuff to uk customers only, however I've had a customer from Jersey wanting to buy some items, but wants us not to charge him the vat element as he says "As we are non-VAT paying will you deduct VAT".
Can anyone advise further with a brief answer please?
Moving on a little, is there somewhere I can obtain quick easy information on this, which then leads to a more in depth information?
