We discussed here last month the first new issue of NSI index linked savings certificates for a year (issues 16-3year and 43-5year). They offered about 0.3% above RPI which was not very attractive.
I see that NSI are now offering issues number 18-3year and 45-5year. Issues 17 and 44 came and went so fast I never noticed them.
Issues 18 and 45 offer about 1% over RPI.

I was registered for updates on their Guaranteed Equity Bonds (GEB) and noticed that they've recently changed their policy and are now spamming me with offers for concerts and general bullshit. If it wasn't for the fact that it's so hard to launch a complaint with the Information Commissioner with so little prospect of them enforcing the law, I'd have complained.
