Hi everyone, I want to introduce Joel Rubinstein. He is an accountant with 40 years of experience in Public Accounting. His company called J&S Accounting Services. The website lists qualifications but the Illinois Division of Professional Regulation does not show any listings for Joel Rubinstein or any firm by that name or web address, is there a CPA or Public Accounting license number ?
