yes, if you are a supplier that's owed money you can obtain a copy at the creditors meeting or from the bankruptcy trustee.

The bankruptcy petition lists the suppliers that the debtor acknowledges. You or your attorney can get a copy form the court. I think most of the courts have gone to online filing, but I believe you have to register to get access to the system.
