for a hotel (more specifically for the Peabody in Memphis), where could i get this info? The D&B filings are much too general, and not hotel-specific.

if you're gonna to that, make sure you wear a dark blue jacket with the large letters C P A embossed on the the back in yellow, and the AICPA logo at the front shirt pocket level. you wouldn't want to be mistaken for a homeless person.
yes, it's best to do it with a crew of 10 people, 5 of them holding brooms and mops, 3 of them sitting in official looking garbage trucks with flashing yellow lights, 1 of them with a clipboard, and 1 of them doing the actually snooping in the garbage cans.
