Has anyone every heard, or have experience with a company out of Utah called PrePaid Tax Network. They are a new company (I believe) that offer a prepaid tax preparation service to their clients through local CPA firms. I would be interested if you have heard of them or any experience with them. Any help would be appreciated.

Never heard of them until you started asking about them. They look like an overpriced pyramid scheme to me. Did you ever hear of Renaissance The Tax People?
I agree, the website discusses handling "downlines" and different levels, the founder was a consultant with an interest in "nutrition" - It definitely looks like a MLM plan applied to recruiting tax clients.
