Information on A/S400 PAYROLL training please.

A friend of mine is looking to get some training. He says that a lot of places are looking for A/S400 PAYROLL experience. I checked around for him and all I could find were places that teach A/ S400 or teach ACCOUNTING or HUMAN RESOURCES in general, but no place to learn even the most basic knowledge in A/S400 PAYROLL in particular. Could someone please direct me to where such training is offered. Thank you.

The "A/S400" you refer to is the computer hardware from IBM, not software. A payroll application would be software written for that computer. Just as you would not say "PC Payroll" as a brand, but as payroll software written for the PC.
