I think most everyone will be confused about the term "middle enterprise", so you may want to be more clear about that.

Going on the assumption that you are talking about some type of business entity, there are only a few primary forms or schedules.

For a self-employed individual, Schedule C of Form 1040 series. For a partnership (two or more individuals or entities), Form 1065. For a Corporation, Form 1120 For a Corporation that has elected "S" status, Form 1120S.

There are variations on the 1120 series, depending on the facts and circumstances. And there are a ton of possible forms or schedules that attach to the primary form. So if you have a US based business, or have US sourced income from your French business, consult with a tax professional who is well versed in that area.

Thank you very much I think the more common is for the corporation? And where could I find them to download? I thank tyou again in advance Regards Patrick

What is "most used" is dependent on the user... :)

I suppose the overall most common is the personal Form 1040, which is for individuals and/or individuals doing business as sole propritorships.

I think you'll simply have to look at the IRS site and find what you're interested in or if you have an actual tax situation, talk to a competent advisor.

It depends on the business. The corporate tax form is Form 1120 or

1120-A. There are other tax forms, such 940 and 941 that all businesses with employees have to file.

Thank you very much for example here in France there is for eterprises 2 sorts of forms 2035 and

2035 simplified but the most efficient the most complete is the 2035 All sorts of enterprises can fill the 2035 but there is many accounts to fill, and I would know what is the same for the USA, the most generic and complete for enterprises I thank you very to answer to me despite my English Thank you again Patrick Artaud

The basic corporate form is the 1120. As I said, there would more than likely be other forms or schedules to accompany the 1120.

You can see the 2004 Form 1120 here:
