Hello, I lokking for the most used Forms about the Corpotates. Il have lokeed , Irs.gov but dont found some statistics about this topic. What are the most created corporates une the USA? Thank you for your answer, Yes I know my English........................ I want to find what are the most common type of enterprises in USA For example if it is :corporation, Individuels, sorts of corporations...etc I think there is more corporations than association or individual Because each sort of entreprise seems to need a particular form. And I look for the most used form of enterprises in the USA I have done application to help managers in France but here there is only 2 sorts of forms ,it is easy. There is form for very little enterprise and other for enterprise ( same very big.) The two contains Assets Liabilities etc... But the second form is more détailled.and I have take it because little can be included in form for big And I would find same type of form in the USA that are the most used or the more complete for a maximum of sort of enterprise I thank tou very luch Regards Patrick. How many forms there are possibly to be filed seems totally irrelevant to anything other than the paperwork reduction act (which wasn't all that successful)...
i would guess a w-2 or i-9 would be one of the most popular....IRS tax forms...
