You drive up to the drive through window at McDonalds, a voice asks if they can help you.
Turns out the voice is not at this location. The voice is 1,000 miles away and taking orders for a number of McDonalds accross the country.
that was in the WSJ and other papers. I guess they think the setup is better than the 16 year old taking your order and passing it to the grill. probably is!
