Hi,
I work for EZ Publishing, Inc., and asked a question in alt.accounting the other day about management accounting.
Anyway, I've been thinking, my company would love to focus some more of our efforts onaccountants. There are a couple reasons for this. One is that one of the business neighbors is a tax accountant (and customer of ours), and he seems to think that accountants are an under-served market. For example, he says nobody has ever approached him about designing a website or hosting, etc. I found this fact to be astounding.
In addition, the other day I took another accountant to lunch (CPA who does small business taxes), and he has since contracted us to do his web design and web hosting/email.
So my question is would some of the people on this group take a look at what my company offers and give me some feedback on whether it looks appealing to accountants and, if not, what more we could do for accountants? How could we make our services more appealing to accountants?
Here is our main site:
And, as a side question, would an email marketing service be useful to accountants? For example, would you find it useful to send out email newsletters to current customers and perhaps use it to increase your customer retention, get more referrals, let customers know useful tax tips, etc.?
Thanks.
