When I try to convert my Quickbooks QBW file to Peachtree I get a message saying that it is corrupt or unreadable. However the data verifies and rebuilds just fine in Quickbooks.
I get the same problems with Peachtree 2006.

What version of Quickbooks are you trying to convert?
I think it's 2004; I also tried converting it into the latest version of QB Enterprise and then taking it into Peachtree with no luck.

You may have better luck just starting a new company from scratch using the Trial balance from QB. The QB to PT conversion only transfer balances and not transactions. Same as if you started from scratch. You might read the PT help file on Quickbooks conversion to see if the conversion is going to give you what you are looking for.
