Add-on for Pet Shop

I have talked to DRS(Digital Retail Solutions)about that very same thing. They have responded to me by asking what I would like in a pet store bundle(they currently have a bundle for bicycle shops), basically a wish list. I haven't had the time to think about it a whole lot, so I haven't got back to them yet. I was also concerned about the cost if I was the only one interested in such a module. That's a good one Marc. Fish, actually all livestock, has been an area where we have gotten pretty creative in coming up with ILC's for everything. It's hard, but we've managed to get a pretty good handle on it. There are a number of enhancements that could make life easier though. One comes to mind pretty quickly and that's livestock guarantees that would get printed separately from the receipt, but still print automatically right after the receipt depending on the type of animal. I can think of so many more, that's why it would be nice to collaborate to come up with something that could be beneficial for everyone. Craig

J.D. Young from DRS has been in touch with me about this so I am trying to get a list of things we would like to see in a Pet Store Bundle. If you have any ideas please send them to me at snipped-for-privacy@cctropicalparadisepets.com . The more people get involved in this the better. I have come up with a half dozen ideas myself already and will continue to think about it. I would like to get a list to him by the end of the week or possibly next week so they can start developing. They believe there are enough pet stores running RMS to make it worth their while. Craig

All, My company also specializes in creating customization for specific verticals within RMS. We also have a pet store as a client, though they have not asked for anything really specific in almost 2 years. I would also be very interested to see a list of what you all are looking for. Currently we have developed suites of tools for the liquor and fireworks industries. If you are interested in seeing another quote or someone to bounce ideas off of, please let me know.
