Hi, Does anyone knows if there is an add on that will give RMS a restaurant kind of touch screen for quick service that would accept modifiers?
Can the touch screen keyboard be customized to work for fast food or coffe shops?

RMS is not a good choice at all as a Quick Service POS. If you are considering RMS as a solution then I would scratch it off the list if I were you. The company I work for provides two options Dinerware and a solution we have developed ourselves called 2020 POS. We have hundreds of clients using our solution such as Wendy's, Extreme Pita, Dairy Queen, Starbucks...
If you have alread bought RMS well...sorry.
