Database Version

You don't need to worry about updating your database, that was there for when customers where running previous versions of RMS prior to 1.2. That is why it is saying you are up to date. There are know future problems you need to worry about, in this regards.

What you should be looking at though the version of SQL/MSDE

SO or HQ Admin | File | Connect | put in your password | Query | New | type the below command and press F5

Select @@Version

It should return at least;

Microsoft SQL Server 2000 - 8.00.2039 (IntelX86)

for SQL Service pack 4. If a lower number is displayed, click here and download the appropriate version;
