On 1 pc the test database connection fails, when in store operations administrator, configuration. This is the only pc with this problem. Pc is running xp sp2 with all updates. RMS installed successfully with no errors. All settings in store operations administrator are identical to other pcs. The error message is "error 2147024769, method of object failed". Any suggestions would be appreciated.
