I ran the check database in the SO Admin and received the following error:
Error -2147218967: Table error: object ID 18815129, index ID 0, partition ID
72057594056146944, alloc unit ID 72057594062307328 (type In-row data), page (1:471), row 0. The record check (valid record length) failed. The values are
146 and 116.
What can I do to fix this issue?
A little background on how/why I discovered the issue:
Yesterday, I enabled Global Customers and created 2 of them from the above store in question. I found sync issues this morning with this store not being able to sync. I ran the database check and it failed with the above message. I backed up the database and performed a reindex. Then I ran the database check again. Same error. I went back and removed the global customers check boxes in the SO Admin and tried the sync again; now it syncs without any errors, but the check database still fails!!
